So, the other night I was watching The Food Network and Giada's Weekend Getaway was on. On this episode she traveled to Texas. One of the meals she ended up having was a carrot cake french toast dish with pecan cream cheese frosting and maple syrup! Um... yum! I have been dreaming of this dish since I saw it, haha.
